20 pounds is about the normal difference between O-lines and D-lines. But if it helps you sleep at night, It's all good to me!
I've updated the OL weights. 3 starters from the OL with Oregon? OC J. Holmes 1st. team pac-10 RG Kaiser 4th. team OT B. Thran 2nd. team Backups OC Forer LT Carmichael Is this right?
Weems- 6-5 302 Appeared in 11 games, starting 7 York- 6-5 292 Appeared in all 13 games, starting 10 Asper 6-7 325 Appeared in 13 games, starting 11 Back ups are: LT- Everett Benyard, 6-7, 325 LG- Mana Greig, 5-11, 291 RG- Nick Cody, 6-5, 296 RT- Ryan Clanton, 6-4, 294 The back up for the Center is either Grasu or Stevens.
So with LSU: Josh Williford played in 13 and started 4 Greg Shaw 9/1 Will Blackwell 4/2 (Out for most of season, injured on first play in first game) Matt Branch played in 11 games Josh Dworaczyk 13/13 Chris Faulk 11/2 T-Bob Hebert 13/7 Alex Hurst 10/10 P.J. Lonergan 13/13 LSU returns 8 guys that started a least one game.
Which is selling it short, since Blackwell is the most experienced and best of the bunch. It's no coincidence LSU ran all over the Aggies when Blackwell was back at full strength. He played an awesome game.
Mostly Defense, but we've had a few O-linemen in the past. Our two starting DT's are both Pacific Islanders by descent. One from Hawaii, one from Utah.
Drake Nevis, you know, one of the top DT's in the SEC last year was 285... Nikc Fairley, you know, the lone guy who beat Oregon, was 291... Just sayin.....
