Go ahead and ride that feeling of superiority on into JerryWorld and see how far it gets you out of it.

Running extra drills in preparation of this game does not mean that your team is necessarily better than ours, it just means that our team will be better prepared for yours.

I don't understand why this is even a discussion.

As far as conditioning goes, and I don't think I am wearing the P&G blinders on this one, I would give the nod to LSU because of the conditions we play and practice in. You can't simulate 100% humidity in 99 degree weather, 110 heat index.

And you can bet that if we were playing this game outside in Dallas, Oregon just *might* consider doing something like adjusting their practices and running drills outside in the afternoon, for instance. Although I don't even know how close that would be to the conditions our guys play in.

But it doesn't mean that they would be doing game prep...it would just mean that they are intimidated by weather.

It's 51 degrees in Eugene, Oregon right now. It's 83 in Baton Rouge. But to be fair, it's two hours later there, too. It will be 63 by 10:00am in Oregon.

Good. Chip favoring speed over accuracy & correctness is bound to cause the ducks a few problems come game time. We plan on taking full advantage of that.

Also, please keep in mind that LSU's entire fall camp is not solely preparation for the ducks. It's preparation for the entire season, with a little duck-time there at the end.

For many decades Yankees have made fools of themselves for having the quaint notion that slow talkin' equals slow thinkin'.

Then maybe you haven't watched enough of Miles over the years. You seem to think that his only big game victories have come when he has extra time to prepare, and that simply ain't true. Go ask Urban Meyer if he thinks that Miles needs extra time to think. . .

Too bad we don't have the 70 and 80 degree temps........

LSU has been on this since the Spring......on the offseason workouts...

You're far more charitable than I. Having heard the snide comments enough times I'm more inclined to call it ignorance.
