I do......watch all three qb's throw and there is no doubt that mett is a more natural NFL type qb.......strong arm, quick release, and makes all the throws. Kinda reminds me of ryan mallet

The fact that he is on the team this year helps. I think we will be pleasantly surprised. The piggies qb is doing a fine job of taking over this year for them.

There is a thread on the bama board about how we are getting better, and they are not. Most of the posters expect to lose to us next year.

LSU's offense will average over 430 yards per game with 230 of that via the air.

Still run heavy offense, but not nearly as much as we are this year.

We average about 21 passes a game. We'll average closer to 28 next year.

We will take some losses on the defense. Ken Adams, Brandon Taylor, Ryan Baker, Stefan Francois and Ron Brooks are all seniors. And I would not be surprised if Claiborne goes out early. Thank goodness this coaching staff believes in playing for depth. My projected defensive starting lineup next year:

    DE - Sam Montgomery
    DT - Michael Brockers
    DT - Bennie Logan
    DE - Bark Mingo
    LB - Luke Muncie
    MLB - Kevin Minter
    LB - Tajh Jones
    CB - Tyrann Matthieu
    CB - Tharold Simon
    SS - Eric Reid
    FS - Craig Loston

I think Mathieu will be a nickel back primarily so we can move him around the field.

I don't think we settle him in at just the CB spot.

We'll see. Someone would have to step up in order for Mathieu to remain in that same role.

That LB corps will actually be a good unit vs a liability like this season.

Will be interesting to see if Reid moves from FS. I don't know. Loston is a hitter. Either would make for a great SS for run support.
