I was a little skeptical about Cameron in the spring and I wanna take this moment to say I'm a fucking idiot for having any shred of skepticism. I'm a Cam guy, this dude is one hell of a coach and person.

I like how Cam gives credit to the players. How he just brings out their gift and polishes it.

To be fair not all teams on the list have played the same amount of games but still impressive. I'm not sure we scored 36 TD's last year total...or the year before...and before...and so on.

I know that I've been pushing Cam more than most on this board, I just saw too much of what hes done everywhere he's been. Like I say, want to know how good a coach is, ask other coaches. I asked guys I know in the profession, all gave me the same thing. Great coach, great guy, knows what he wants to do and does it. Makes every QB better, more well rounded. Improves ever part of the offense, not just the QB position. Thats not easy to do, but hes the guy that can do it. I keep telling people hes just getting started. Will we win the rest of the game, don't know, but with him we have a better shot in every game. We are gonna be in every game this year. Enjoy it folks. Coaches like him are hard to find, Les got a great one.

Don't feel bad, some of the Ravens fans still think he was the problem.

I hope Les is thinking about finding a great offensive line, tight ends, and defensive back coach, too.
