I would imagine the Title IX investigation & Will Wade allegations are #1 & #2 in your list. Who's #3?
but also our Head Football coach admitting to hiring assistants without even interviewing them is a pretty big shiner on our eye too. so if this season continues this route, Paul’s gone. and no one will bat an eye.
oh and while technically happening in ‘20, us self imposing a bowl ban during possibly the worst month of football in 2 decades was also a PR blunder.
and at some point the NCAA will rule on the Our Lady of the Lake issues too. which will also outrank firing Paul.
CPM will retire or take another program. imo he’s not going anywhere... too much chum in the water now...
Oh well screw it... It’s just a game... Maybe we’ll find lightning in a bottle. I know some of you’ll find something in a bottle but it won’t be lighting. Geaux Tigers
Not following your logic on this one. There were no requirements for # of wins in 2020, so even with a suck ass 5-5 season, we could have gone to a bowl. A bowl were the guys couldn't even have done any of the fun bowl stuff. Everyone, (players coaches, and fans) wanted the season to end. So sacrificing a no nothing bowl at the end of a forgetful season as a throw-in with our other self imposed scholarship reductions might actually be a smart move.
