    Wow,
My thoughts are Auburn will be fired up and ready to play, will we?
This situation reminds me too much of that Monday nite game after Katrrina.
This in every way possible seems to be a let down game.

I'm hoping for the best but wow, this could define the season.

    Back to normal life,
I'm sorry for what has and is happening to you guys right now and I'm happy that things aren't any worse.
Thank god Gustov was downgraded, Imagine if you guys would've had a category 4 or 5 storm.

A hurricane didn't make our DB's play that far off the ball, Pelini did. Plus, we came out on fire.

I still look at that and this game as a let down game but I'm also thinking about when we had to go to Auburn with Marcus Randall at QB.
I think that was coming off a bye?

Anyway the point is we could be focused but it seems like if we ever was going to have a let down game this is it under the circumstances.

Re: LSU vs. Troy Posponed till Nov. 15 (As Per FoxSports)

Stacey, this is exactly what I was thinking. I read somewhere - maybe's Clair's blog - that CLM preferred to postpone the game. If he's for it, I'm for it.

Players are people, too. I'd rather give them some time to adjust to the situation, get in a regular week of practice next week and be focused and ready to go.

As you observed, we got by Appalachian State - but face it, Losing to Troy would be a bitter pill, too. And the crow would taste awful.

I wish there was more information available about the state of things on campus, but I guess we'll have to wait on some you locals to get the time and opportunity to give us a first hand report.

I'm just glad we didn't appear to have any losses among our TF Family.

Gang, if you are listening to WJBO like I am you would completely understand the absolute impossibility of hosting a game this weekend. Based on everything Im hearing out of Baton Rouge, pulling off a game even next weekend will be a monumental task.

I was thinking about that this afternoon and you're right, it will take a hell of an effort to be ready to host NTSU a week from Saturday night.

Well, we do have another open date......

Another postponed game would really muck up the works.

A tough year for Tiger Football - let's hope the weather Gods let us get back on track.

It's hard, sometimes, to keep things in perspective. I never thought I'd say it, but it's only a game. Compared to the bigger issues, it seems ALMOST inconsequential. Reality Bites.
