If #2 seed LSU wins the LA regional and #2 Stanford wins the Fullerton regional, where will the Super Regional be played? Anyone know how this is decided?

I would guess Stanford, since UCLA is a national seed (#6). Meaning that the #2 seed in LA regional is a lower seed than the #2 in the Fullerton regional. However, that may not be the case since so many other factors play in the grouping of a regional.

Someone addressed this question in another thread. In the event of two evenly seeded teams (neither being a national seed) reaching the Super Regional, the NCAA reviews the host proposals submitted by each school. So it would be a matter of economics, not who you played in the regional.
