Current SU pitcher Chase Richard is a classmate of my son at Central Private couple years ago. He just gave up 2 hits and a run, but basically is doing a dang good job, had retired 10 in a row. He is a self-proclaimed junk pitcher, not much flash, but hard to hit. Did great in high school, just didn't have the dazzle that college coaches wanted. He's solid though, glad to see him throwing well. More glad to see LSU up 6-0!
I wish LSU had hired Big Ben to do broadcasts long ago before cox even thought about it. not sure why they didnt. hes good. dan canevari not so much. some things never change. we never could hit the junk ballers.
