What a difference a year can make. Last year after losing 42-20 to Kansas State the outlook for LSU in 2022 was pretty bleak. Now going forward, I can’t wait for the 2023 season to kickoff.
Cause I live in Dallas area and have to work with and play with OU fans, I am reminding them that LSU scored 63 today against a Drew Brees interim coached team. Hasn't happened against a power 5 since 2019. They get solace in the fact that Lincoln Riley, one of the douchiest coaches in college football, lost to Tulane.
It was touch and go at first, but hard to argue now! I'm looking forward to seeing if we can go 4 for 4 HCs getting a Natty.
I live in Dallas area too and I love the fact that it was little old TCU who made the CFB playoffs before the big bad Longhorns and Aggies. That has to sting.
Not only did we hang 63 on the BIg 10, our backups played 4th qtr including a 3rd string Qb. We could’ve scored 80
And I would've been happy to score 80. But then again, in the transfer age of rampant portaling, it's also good to keep the kiddos satisfied.
