Hello all, As a young boy I use to go to Death Valley, with my dad, to watch the Tigers play all the time(70 & 80's). I joined the U.S. Coast Guard 26 years ago and have not had the pleasure of being stationed in the Great State of Louisiana since I left. My nephew has season tickets and has told me that he will be unable to attend the Arkansas game due to work and has offered his seat to me! I wasted no time in buying airline tickets and will be there for the 12-0 party! I am so excited to go back and see my Tigers play! So if any of you see a quite large (6'2" 250 lb) bald guy wearing #10 (Joesph Addai) jersey...Please say Hi! Hope to see you there!!! :tigereye::geauxtige :LSU231:
I'm envious. I've been a fan since 84 and have never had the opportunity to see the Tiger's at home. Enjoy the game and have a blast partying!
I don't have the money, but I was seriously debating driving down and watching the game. Then common sense said 4 trips to New Orleans/BR within 1 year is out of my range.
We'll be headed down from northeast Ar-kansas. I have to admit though, LSU seems to loose every time I go to see em against the piggies :bncry:
Well then change it up.......take a different route. Drive backwards if you have to. Change your luck.
You can go the route I went the first time I drove to New Orleans and forgot to check the map. From Little Rock down to Shreveport and south, then across the state. Easily the WORST possible route you could take.
