Just wanted to add that the Capital One Bowl matchup will be announced on Dec 6th.

The game is scheduled for 1pm EST kickoff.

As much as I love being the best bowl outside of the BCS games...I was secretly hoping for Cotton Bowl so I could make the trip to Dallas. Orlando is so far away from where I am.

If we get the Cap 1 against Penn St, I don't think we get the recruiting benefits we would have from the Cotton. I like us in a Jan 1 bowl, but I would have rather gotten the exposure in Tx. I guess beating the snot out of Penn St and Joe Pa will have to due though.

OK, off subject, I know, but I ran into Shepard Smith of Fox News on my way to lunch today. As I walked past him, I said, "Geaux Tigers". No sooner did I have Tigers out of my mouth, he replied, "F--- the Tigers"! I told him go to hell Ole Miss, he said go to hell LSU, and we laughed and shook hands. I know, I know, but it was interesting nonetheless.
