On many an ocassion a talented but inferior team has ventured into the hostile environment of one of the top programs & stayed in the game due to lackluster play, turnovers & special teams mistakes. Most still lose as the overwhelming talent takes control by the 4th quarter, however on ocassion the underdog rises up to win the game by making the big plays down the stretch. We've all seen it many times, especially when a team isn't well coached or as a group is having an emotional let down. I don't believe that will happen with these Tigahs but if it were to happen it likely would happen to a similarly young team. Can't afford to lose focus!
I say J Lee was better than JJ , But I will also say we should have had both of them in the game at the same time . D's would not have known to defend the pass or the run . The only thibng I did not like about JJ , is he kept looking for more than he could get from a play , that is good in one way , . Sometimes you just have to take what you can get . What we have now is something we do not know about yet . May not know until after the Auburn game , that will be the 1st strong test , and yes Miss State will be the 1st test for this team . Wisc showed they want to win ,
How many times have we ever seen two qb's in a game at the same time for an extended number of plays? I'm thinking never. And hopefully we never do where LSU is concerned.
That would have been kind of crazy, what does Lee do he isn't behind center? Line up wide and just stand there?
