I keep forgetting that everything good that happens is always credited to someone other than Miles. Thanks for reminding me.
Whomever they hire won't have as good of a record as Miles does. 95 wins in 9 years, 45 wins the past 4 years, the best 4, 5, & 9 year stretches in our history. I hope Les stays 20 years.
At LSU, the best QB is the backup and the best coach's in the nation are always coaching somewhere other than LSU.
He was just too apprehensive in his decision making today. He had wide open receivers but held onto the ball. He'll get over that I believe.
He didn't throw a pass until 4 minutes left in the first quarter and then they didn't throw on early downs. There should have been some very early easy first down passes to build his confidence. Like someone posted earlier, it was the Jefferson offensive game plan, throw only if you absolutely have to on 3rd and long. With a true freshman in his first start it's a disastrous game plan. it definitely didn't give him a good chance to have success. Of Course he did little to help himself.
