Should be a decent test before the team goes on a break til the 11th of december. If they shoot like they did against south bama they should be fine in this game.

We're up at the half, 38-28. Following the game on Yahoo Sports. Can't find a live stream either...

Good idea -- I can usually pick up WWL at night in these parts.

WWL usually don't carry LSU basketball games until conference play starts. The non conference games are on their sister station 1350 am in New Orleans but no way will you pick that up in Virginia.

Looks like this came exactly to pass. This team is slowly coming together and getting better. Another good game where decent shooting, and improved defense and protecting the ball, led to a comfortable win. In this game, we also didn't rely on Andre Stringer and other folks like Turner and Warren really stepped up. I'm liking what I'm seeing from folks like Derenbecker (who provided spark off the bench today), and continued activity from Green and Ludwig.

Let's not forget as well that we haven't even seen Dennis Harris. With him out with an ankle issue, we haven't even seen what a versatile 3/4 with length can do. I'm liking it.

    I was at the game.

Storm Warren was a force tonight! He was blocking shots and had a nice dunk. I didn't think he could jump like that.

Stringer was off tonight, but it was nice to see others step up.

Turner had a very nice game. Nice outside shooting from him tonight.

The bench played well tonight. Nice team effort.

I think this team has the tools to play well.
