Im very much an Lsu fan..but, i also call it the way i see it..you, i, and everyone else knows LSU is struggling on offense .. take off the purple and gold glasses and the horse blinders..then maybe you can see things a little more clearly .. :geaux: :miles: :helmet: :geauxtige :tigereye: ldskule: :bball:
I know, was just hoping we could all be a little positive going into this game. Regardless though the warts are still there and until we show otherwise I guess I will just have to accept that some will talk about it.:geaux:
Good or bad, I'll just accept the team for what it is. Defense will keep up close. I have faith we'll find a way to pull it out, a'la UF.
I have read alot of these posts and no one has really made a prediction about the score of the game. I predict Ala 27 LSU 17 and here's why. Alabama is the #2 team in the nation in scoring defense with only allowing 12 points per game. Granted your goign to say South Carolina scored 35 points on our defense, however SC offense is alot better than your offense. If we establish any kind of passing game, then our running game will take off and you know just how good our running backs our. I really believe this will be a close game for two quarters, but Alabama is a 2nd half team and we start to pull away and win by ten points. Our team will have a new added focus and determination since we are back in the hunt for the BCS National Championship game.
Good post. I think most fans would aggree that if our O that we have had for the past 8 weeks shows up LSU will lose no question. However there is always that slim chance LSU pulls their chit together. If they do, LSU takes it. All we can do is hope and you neve k ow what might happen in Death Valley at night vs Satan.
I'm on my upswing from depressive to manic, so i'll say 19-17 LSU. Julio will be shut down, Ingram will be stacked up, and McElroy will be sacked. Despite that, 'Bama will get two TDs and a FG after coming up with T/Os that put them in scoring position. LSU's special teams will keep field position good enough for LSU to pull one TD out of its a$$ and kick four FGs. 'Bama ends the day with almost double the yardage that LSU has and everyone bitches about how we should have lost.
We'll just wait and see, you have little credibility here. We've played an even harder schedule and we're in pretty good shape. You have just blown your credibility completely. LSU won the game just like Bama won the LSU game last year on a bad call by the referee. It did last year, Homer. Patterson humiliated Julio. We'll see, Homer. If LSU wins then that's evidence that Les is better, right?

If Greg McElroy throws for 276 yards and 2 touchdowns and we have the same amount of rushing yards 195 there is no way we lose this game. I am not saying that yall do not have a chance especially since the game is in Death Valley, but with your lack of Offensive production, if we have any kind of offesive day we win this game. Even the experts at ESPN agree with this assessment.
