You are delusional if you think Bama isn’t buying players. NO school in the country has recruited as well collectively over the last decade as Alabama, NO school. For the last decade Alabama has consistently pulled in more talent than anybody. So no, no program should be on the same level year in and year out as Bama. And every year Bama doesn’t win it all, another coach did more with less talent top to bottom. Just like LSU did last year and Clemson the year before. They may have more talent in a few positions, but top to bottom Alabama always has the most talented depth chart on the field.

We don’t disagree. I’m not a Coach O apologist. I don’t think any coach could coach this current team to 7-0. That’s all I’m saying. Saban lost 2 games with last years Bama team. Stack that roster up against LSU’s 2020 roster and tell me again Saban would have this team 7-0
