Jackson isn't the first to say that about Auburn and Auburn players say that about LSU just about every year as well. Looking at the last few games of the series, I believe it. GEAUX TIGERS
LSU and Auburn are going to good this year and both have a chance to be very very (VERY) good. I believe the game on Sept. 20 will decide who wins the SEC Championship. Yeah I know, Georgia, Florida, blah blah blah...
Yeah, this season everyone seems to be assuming that the winner of the SEC East will win the SECCG, but I think one or the other sets of Tigers will have something to say about that in the Georgia Dome.
Agree. Georgia got smashed by UT. They righted their ship and went on a run. But they had their troubles early on. UF has challenges on defense. They should be a pretty good offensive team though. Games with the top seven clubs in the SEC are always tough especially on the road. The other five can put up a challenge but don't get the talent on a consistant basis.
Since the media predictions about the SEC winner are notoriously wrong every year(last year being an obvious exception :hihi, I wouldn't order tombstones for the East just yet. We could wake up and it's Ole Miss vs Vandy.
Now wait a minute and use your heads here! In order to play for the SECC, a team has to be a MEMBER OF THE SE:shock:....er:huh:...oh. They are. I forget sometimes.
Ole Miss should be the most improved team in the conference this season, .... they should go to a bowl for the first time in 5-6 years. When the Reverend Nutt gets the mississippi koolaid flowing over there, he's going to have one helluva a flock of believers
sigh... :rolleye33: Can't a fella throw some sarcasm at the Grove without having the bonds of reason strapped to him? :hihi:
