You make a good point, and this meaningless issue has been held against CLM for too long. To begin with, the quarterback wasted to much time under center, so it was his fault the play clock ran down so low. But even then it was meaningless, because on an incomplete pass there would have been one second left for a kick. Even if the clock went to zero, they would have checked the time with a review, and put 2 seconds on the clock. I loved that game, I was there, flew down from CO. I was so happy after that win, and with it we won the BCSNCG!
The guy calling the game got it started. I would say it's a great call it Saban did it but for Les it was part of the Les thing. I only brought it up since the melt down in Miss they have talked about it all week all over again. ldskule:
