Beliema and Jones aren't making that much money on a yearly basis. That includes the buyout. I think Jones is closer to 2 million.
The discussion is for me, its a message board. I am okay w/being 17 this year w/the loss of talent on defense, and the way the Bama and UGA games went - we played tough, and could have won either or both of those. The Ole Miss game is the one that pisses me off, but we are not the only team that goes through that kind of stuff. I expected better but am not surprised with it this particular year. It doesn't mean I do not want us to do better, or expect us to have a better year next year. By the way, my comment about giving it a break was not directed to you personally. I know I was responding to your message, but it was on the heels of a lot of other negative posts and comments bashing the coaching and the team this year. Tiger in Exile's original comment was directed toward some of that, and then your response was in the string there. I know you are not a basher, and I really am not against constructive criticisms or anyone wanting us to do better.
I never mentioned salary, just records and shake it or not (is that a les-a-sketch?), Les has the best 10 year record of ANYONE as far as I know. Why this is so depressing to LSU fans is beyond me.
