We must pray Cam Cameron stays for a very long time. I don't see us hitting a home run again in the OC department. And if Les has his choice, it will be an OC who buys all in to this 3 yards and a cloud of dust mentality.
How many coaches have less than three losses in ALL of college football right now? Feel free to answer again after this weekend as well...
Almost all of them aren't making 4.5 million dollars. E.g., I don't care that Boston College is 7-4. That's probably a great result given their operating budget and recruiting classes. Otherwise known as "coaching them up". Only 4 head coaches make more than Les, and Stoops and Mack Brown are doing horrible jobs given their facilities, operating budget and recruiting classes. They have both sucked since 2005, relatively speaking. Saban and Meyers are earning their keep.
Is that the best pass catch of all time? For me I think it is. I still don't know how he did it. The catch was almost impossible if there wasn't a defender there. But to catch it around the defender while having to desperately dive for the ball was beyond unreal.
I don't think I've ever seen a better catch so I'm with you. When they were talking about plays of the game and how the brain trust was working hard on which one it was I was thinking .... you just saw the most amazing catch you will ever see. Even if LSU loses, that is the play of the game.
A lot. 23. It's not that uncommon. In fact FOUR in the SEC alone. I'm not even looking at "all of college football". This is a quick scan of D-I schools. 4 in the SEC 3 in the American Athletic 3 in the ACC 3 in the Big 10 3 in the Big 12 3 in the PAC 12 2 in the Mid American 1 in the Mountain West 1 in the Sun Belt
And, LSU is #17 in the country, so right where they should be given their schedule. They lost 9 players to the NFL. Give it a break.
