Impressed with the tenacity that Bama showed. The smaller, quicker line-up worked well. The lack of experience hurt them. I think we played down to them a little but with only a few hours to adjust to a new game plan I think we did OK.
Not entirely surprising. A few years back I uncovered a little known bylaw concerning the state of Alabama. "Let it be known that it is both unlawful and wholly indecent to present in the same calendar year a competitive football and basketball team, consecutively. The laws of karma forbid any of these two sports, from same said team, from engaging in any dominate type behavior. If such action is duly noted, please be advised that the proverbial wheels will immediately fall off and the gates of hades will justifiable consume all involved."
