I'm sitting along the left field line, right next to the mound of the bullpen. That pitcher that just came out the game for UNO (17) was a trip to watch in the pen. He threw at least 15 wild pitches that the catcher couldn't get to while warming up. And at least a dozen of those got past the backup catcher. A guy had to come out the dugout to grab them. Haha. He was TERRIBLE. And then somehow came in to strike j mitch out on three straight strikes.
He needs to get the bat off his shoulder. It looks like he's always 0-2 before he even gets settled in.
These are the games we must win. Losing these mid week games to in state rivals has sucked. Nice win Tigers.
Some of my friends at work sit next to the opposing bullpen as well. They were laughing about this pitcher that you describe, how many of his wild pitches went into their dugout and to the backstop. And then strikes out Mitchell on 3 pitches. :shock: What's up with that.
