LSU v ND Game 3

    A lesson from Maineri - he dgaf until playoff time. I wonder if he dgaf at that point, even.

    We have some very good freshman pitchers. Like @tirk said, you arent going to always figure that out opening weekend.

    The Walker injury is huge. And remember, Walker didn't start off being our #3 guy. It took a few weeks to figure it out.

    I am not that worried about pitching right now. We have talent. CPM needs to figure out whats best.

    He certainly pulled a Skip last year. He had me scratching my head all last season and then it clicked.

    I should add Storz and Labas are hurt as well. They are supposed to be studs.

    We don't know what we have yet. That's what these games are for. To figure it all out.
    Labas and storz are hurt should be back soon. Walker had Tommy John.

    Lefty Jake Latz was supposed to be the equal of Lange when he signed but was injured the whole time he was here.

    We will have Storz and Labas back in a month or so. Maybe sooner in limited play. These guys will have to get back and stay healthy if we are going to make a run.

    On the recruiting trail, we get bit by the "taking the $" bug more often than most teams.
