don't know how much it had to do with competition.
dude came here never expected to play, let alone start.
he proved that he could play at an SEC level when called upon.

nothing left to prove, so why not go back and get one of the best educations available in the country.
The kid probably has pretty much ZERO emotional ties holding him to LSU, and even fewer NFL aspirations keeping him at a top shelf football school.

Weather is really nice here in Morgan City... it rained a little bit earlier. Game should be good to go.

Hence why I said the competition wasn't worth it to him and he went back to Harvard where he would have more opportunities on and OFF the field.

Well, here's their scheduled starters for the Tue/Wed games with their 'sporty' ERA:

    RHP Meehan 17.36

    RHP Hofeld 27.00
    or
    LHP Keuper 15.19

    Next . . .

LSU 4, Harvard 3. Good relief pitching saved dormant bats.

This is what happens when you are over confident, cockey, and don't take an opponent seriously. I'm talking about me not the team. Hopefully the boys will play more to their true form today and dominate like they should.
