Florida got us in football, but since then it has been all LSU Basketball -- Feb 2009 -- LSU 81, Florida 75 Baseball -- May 2009 -- LSU 10, Florida 1; LSU 4, Florida 0
You could say the same thing about the other schools that got us last football season: Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Arkansas. 2009 Basketball --LSU beat Ole Miss 83-51 and 73-66 --LSU beat Arkansas 79-69 and 72-69 --LSU beat Georgia 80-62 --LSU beat Bama 76-62 (but also lost to Bama 59-65 early in the season) 2009 Baseball --LSU won the series against Georgia, 2 games to 1 --LSU won the series against Bama, 2 games to 1 --LSU won the series against Ole Miss, 2 games to 1 --LSU won the series agaisnt Arkansas, 2 games to 1 IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!!!!
SEC as of Saturday night 18-8 LSU 16-9 Alabama 16-10 Florida 16-10 Ole Miss 14-11 Arkansas 14-12 Georgia 13-13 S. Carolina 12-13 Vanderbilt ................... 11-15 Kentucky 8-17 Miss. State 8-18 Auburn 8-18 Tennessee I'm tired and getting confuseded :/ Bama vs. MSU and Arkansas vs. Vandy had canceled games, so those 4 teams are a game shy.
5 series wins against the top 25 that should secure us a top 2-3 seeding with our RPI. Of course also finishing the regular season with a 40-42 win total will also help. Time to break out the broom boys.
An hour and a half until game time. Don't you love watching a game after LSU already won the series? But of course, getting the sweep would be great:thumb:
Can LSU pull off what a few days ago would have have been very low odds indeed? A sweep of FLA? GEAUX TIGERS!
