Been speculation on the APP State board that it won't be televised. Been running over games that weekend and some say its looking less likely it will be on TV. Got to think someone will pick it up though. :geaux:
I feel like if I can a big enough piece of aluminum foil on the rabbit ears I have I should be able to pick it up. I might have to even unroll some of my protective aluminum hats....Then the picture on this BRAND NEW 13" b/w TV might just show me some football!!!! I hated to trade the 2 pints of 'shine' for it but I knowed a deal when I saw it. Now if I can just get some power up to my cabin way up here in the holler....
bonstonker makes some really awsome videos, but a few of those ASU videos are SICK. Watching them gave me chills the whole time. Esp the senior tribute one.

You know, yesterday I fished around looking at other games on that day and there really aren't many "Good" matchups. The Alabama at Clemson would be one, in the PAC10 Washington is at Oregon and USC at Virginia. The rest of the SEC, PAC10, ACC, and Big East games are pretty lame and the LSU/App St. game has more to offer in terms of hype than the rest of the field imo so I was wrong to say that. Upon reflection I have to say I would think it will be picked up so keep your fingers crossed. :thumb: As for the lady in my avatar, I don't know Megan but LSUbatgirl (aka batty) does and tells me she is about to get married. Also said she's a very sweet person. She looks so cute and cuddly to me. :wink:
In what maybe a twisted look at this (candidly that may be the only type I have) RP's dismissal may HURT The App. State's chances. I was counting on the judgement he seems to use so freely to help us in our steep uphill climb but now your team will probably just run it down our throats for most of the game. That is what UM should have done. Anyway I am not making light of the situ. down there...I really do hate it because it has to be disappointing for the fans. Two inputs on this: One - I think LSU was far more likely to look past the Mountaineers with RP at the helm. Now, the game takes on huge importance. Second - if the Mountaineers can stay close, they may be able to capitalize on mistakes by inexperienced QBs and make LSU's first 2008 game extremely interesting. I've stopped researching Georgia long enough to start paying a bit more attention to Appy State, Troy and North Texas. :geaux:
Well Bandit I think you are hitting the nail on the head. It could make for a more interesting game at that. I am sure that the fellows you have at QB now have been aware that this was a real possibility. Anyway, I am headed that way no matter who you guys have back there.
