Kerly thanks for the lead on the story...It is a good one. It is an interesting insight to the machinations behind the scheduling, both with each other and TV....Take care and thanks again. GO APPS
I like “appy st.” fine, thank you; and after all that you end with “Go APPS”? FWIW, I don’t mind you spelling "exuberant", exhuberant. For $750,000.00 it’ll be whatever we want it to. You're going to enjoy the game day atmosphere though, come early and don't eat before you get on campus we'll feed you. You come across as a good guy, hope you stick around and keep us updated on the pulse of your fans- there are some talking a lot of smack on some forums- they're confused, apparently, and must not remember ’05, when LSU won, 24-0, despite appy st. going on to win a National Title. Frankly, I was embarrassed it wasn't a larger margin of victory but the goose egg says a lot in light of the fact that appy st. averaged 30 points per game in a total of 15 games.
Vegas doesn't but there are plenty of offshore sportsbooks that have lines for I-AA games. Betus, Pinnacle, 5 dimes, etc.. Michigan line last year opened at 24 and was 26 before kickoff. I expect the line againist LSU to be around 20.
Is that the royal WE, or are you a conjoined twin? Or do you, in fact, speak for all Appy State fans? But, seriously, I for one think this is a great game for LSU next year. I just wish we could replace North Texas or Troy with a stronger team. The Michigan defeat (sorry, Appy State defeat of Michigan :thumb will stand in folks minds for a long time, and having the two Div 1 champs meet is pretty cool for first game. :LSU231:
You see, LCA131, Crunch is "appy"; I'm "appy"; you should be "appy", too- then we'd ALL be "appy".
If this forum would cooperate then I would join in all of the happiness...I have tried to respond to one of your posts about 4 times but it says I am logged in until I submit then says I have not logged in and I lose all writing,,,Then I am very UNhappy...
