Mr. Tap has the best of both worlds. If LSU wins, he can revel in the victory along with all of the other fans; if it loses, he can enjoy an "I told you so moment... or hour... or year.....
And with his legal training, Your Honour, I would argue that Mr. Tap's declaration of never saying, "I told you so here" indicates that he has said it elsewhere. And, if it please the Court, I did not write that Mr. Tap had ever said the words "I told you so," merely that he has enjoyed those moments. I defy Mr. Tap to deny, subject to committing perjury, that he has never enjoyed moments where he believed he was right and others wrong, about Coach O, as examples after the Troy or Notre Dame games.
