Amazing. These teams beating each other up every week. No doubt that the SEC West is the best in CFB. :geauxtige
Anyone want to guess how the Coaches Poll will go? I'm guessing Bama will be at 1.... (not how *I* would vote it, but considering the week 5 coaches poll....)
I love my tigers. With all my heart and soul I love my tigers. But to be completely honest with you, bama looked like the best team in college football last night compared to what lsu looked like. I'm sorry but that's how I see it. Maybe we played down to Kentucky. I witnessed drop after drop. I witnessed disheartened play by our starting runningbacks but hard play by our third and forth stringers. Unless our receivers start catching balls that hit them in the hands we won't beat bama. Every damn play means winning or losing. Every pass is important. If you get your hands on it you must catch it. The bama game will be low scoring. A fieldgoal will probably determine the eventual national champion. Our men must catch the ball every time it hits their hands. Every pass is the one that wins us the game. Bama is going to be hitting as hard humanly possible. If you are thinking of the hit you're not going to catch it. Bama's linebackers are going to make a receiver pay for little five yard crossing routes. They need to get it out their minds and make the catch. Don't worry about running after, just make the catch. That's what we must do. From what I watched last night, beating bama at home will be the greatest test our team will face and a personal war between each and every player on the field. Our defense will keep us in the game. The defense will put us in a position to win. Our offense must get two hundred yards passing to win this game.
