Im just a fan of both teams and kickers and i have seen what he has done at tulane, you can see him play at tigerstadium this year and then you can decide, but dont tell me the other guy is better when he too is still in high school and hasnt kicked in a game situation either. He won the 2005 American General Mr. Football Kicker of the Year award in Tennessee after making 17 of 21 field goals and 53 of 57 extra points. Good not excatly Great. Take it how you want, i also understand that we dont have enough scholarships to hand out to ST players every year and that it largly depends on what year the current kicker is, because they wont have a bunch of young kickers on a team, its a process or recruiting kickers every 2-3 years. I hope for the best for these new kickers we have and hope they win the lou groza award. By the way did you hear about mason crosby from colorado, coach promised to give him a 70 yard fg attempt in a game, says he makes them at practice, crazy. Not sure how much that counts not that they lost to montana state!
Two kicker scholarships in the same year? Les must feel good about recruiting this year if he has a spare scholarship for another kicker.
