LSU segment during Stanford, Thug U game

During this current Stanford/ Little Cuba game, ESPN 2 showed a clip of the LSU bus after the game where Haydel acted like he was doing an announcers clip. Haydel said things wrong like " Dean steps up with one out...excuse me two outs" and " Dean hits a two run...excuse me three run double".

The commentators of the current game go on to say that they need to do a "commentator clinic". They didn't even realize that Haydel was making fun of all the commentator errors this CWS do they? :insane:

It was great to see PM say "the Tigers just ain't ready to leave Omaho yet are they!" :thumb:

 

I should also point out that he did so in a classic "cajun" accent. Nice touch!:hihi:

I was kind of confused with that comment too. Clearly he was doing it on purpose, and it was funny. I guess the commentators need a "humor clinic".

But, there was only one out. I would doubt that Haydel was making fun of what was going on in the announcers' booth because he wouldn't know what was happening there.

But maybe I'm wrong.

It is definitely true that the announcers last night utterly failed to capture the drama of the moment.

 

He actually said two outs first, then corrected it to one out. He may have said that one on accident and then said the second one wrong on purpose just to get a laugh. But it's much more fun to think he was making fun of the commentators. :lol:

 

I will think of it as a spoof...it is more fun that way...it doesn't make sense any other way. :huh:
