    Does anyone know the all time win-loss daytime vs nighttime record?

    those stats may be the most useless overhyped stats in existence. the day time record sux not because the coonasses arent drunk, but because the opponents are way better.

    You are right. Day games tend to be against the better teams, which is why they are on prime time TV rather than night games.

    It's true that LSU only plays quality opponents during the day, but it's also true that Tiger Stadium during the day is not the Death Valley it is at night.

    Ask Florida, Ask Va Tech, Ask Auburn how much it sucks to play in the Valley at night.

    The energy in the stadium IS different. It's like night and day, no pun intended.

    the W/L record is skewed because you're right, day games tend to draw better opponents, but LSU has never been a good "day" team. Tulane = day game.

    Kentucky = day game
    Arkansas = day game

    There is certainly a mystique about LSU football "under the lights," but I do not believe Tiger fans do not support the team as much during the day as they do at night. When kick-off time comes the fans don't care if it is day or night. They react the same.
