    So RP alone makes the difference between a solid top 5 and a possible top 10! Shame on him...

    I would venture to say LSU would have been a top 3 pick by most polls had RP stayed on.

    My hopes are that this instills the make it happen approach between Lee and Hatch. There should be no doubt that watching them play it out will be nothing short of interesting. That said it is refreshing that this team despite RP, is getting a top ten billing. When it is all said and done, I believe we can exceed.

    About where LSU will be ranked in the first AP & Coaches preseason polls.

    Definitely we will exceed expectations.

    I agree. Around #10. In fact I thought we would be around 10 with RP. It's better to be there. No pressure on our new QB like there would be if we were #1.
