Neither do 118 other programs. Most can't match what we've done in that same time as well. Be honest; is what sticks in your craw the fact that a school other than LSU won 3 out of 4, or is it that a team coached by Nick Saban did it?
Nothing sticking in my craw, you were the one calling out LSU fans and saying how great gump fans were. Im just pointing out that despite their unbelievable success, they have fans complaining too. From your post it appeared that you missed that fact.
And as I pointed out, the gump bitching just started, and as isl pointed out, it has no legs. I am also pointing out that the LSU negativity has been going on for years; people were bitching in '11 when we were undefeated and blasting everyone we played out of the stadium because Miles wouldn't play the "right" quarterback.
Got news for you; if you think JJ was the problem on Jan. 9, JL wasn't the answer. We must agree to disagree. Miles has his flaws, but LSU is in the midst of its must successful era of football history with him as the coach. That is a statement of fact. It is my opinion that the constant bitching about him in social media, which is almost certainly read by recruits considering LSU, will not help the cause of recruiting. But it might -- might -- hurt it.
JJ was the problem. Miles does have his flaws. And if recruits don't want to go to a university with a passionate fan base sign with USC.
