I recently read that on Friday nights, Miles stays home quiet with fam. Nothing wrong with this and I'm all about family first but not during football season if you're getting paid 4 mill. He's being paid for his time away from fam. I bet most coaches hardly sleep night before a game thinking of scenarios, etc. It's a sign of a good quality about him that is also a bad one...his complacency.
I seem to remember that Mile's LSU teams had a reputation of always getting prepared well for the bowl games; with the way things are now, things just don't quite add up. I put the blame on the QB and therefore the dumbed down offense, and the "mistake" of putting all the eggs in one basket.
nice post -- truth but it is the more when you are the captain of a ship this large we shall see - IF we get a top OC what would that do for you??
Perhaps Miles should eat baked beans for dinner the night before a game. Then he will be awake longer into the night and it will give him more time to think whether to call heads or tails. His wife will also be up all night and she will be angry the next day, so Les will leave the house earlier and get to TS earlier to avoid her wrath.
