im here to help. although shane is a terrible gambler, like yourself, his point on all the big favorites covering is correct. so the lines keep going upwards until this is no longer the case. some just blindly bet trends until proven otherwise. not a bad strategy but its likely too late to join the party. this line has been over adjusted as you can see.

I know of a local book that took LSU games off cause he's down big big bucks lost from LSU covering. Have never heard of this before but he is a local guy.

Agreed. Sagarin has LSU a 25 point favorite. So 21.5 is a reasonable start. People have to remember that the goal of the line is to generate 50% of all bets to each side.
