Florida is by far our biggest rival, that always seems to be the biggest game of the year

I wouldn't say "by far". I think the AU game is just as big most years. The from both sides even say the LSU/AU game is their most intense and physical game of the year.

For it to be a "rival" I think it needs to be mutual.

Mutual in that both teams have to consider it a rivalry? Because we are competitive against them since Spurrier has left.

Correct. I think Florida looks at us as a tough and exciting game but I doubt rival comes to mind at first.

yep, i'd have to agree with you there. Fla. probably think of Fla. St. and Ga. as more of a rivalry than us.

Well we can't exactly deny that Ole Miss has played us tough the past few years, even when they're bad. There still is a special feel to game IMO, different than LSU-Moo U, or LSU-UF. We already have tradition and history. Just imagine if Ole Miss was actually worth something.
Anyways, is there any way we can get this in trophy form?
