Looking at his film, what looks most impressive is his footwork. His overall technique is excellent, which will allow for him to get the sufficient zip on the ball despite not having the strongest of arms (think Drew Brees). He reminds me a lot of Pat White of West Virginia from 2007, a true dual threat QB that allows to get really creative on offense.
