Yeah, time does that to memories. We call what 60+ offensive plays per game? CGC would call a few good ones in a row, and we'd move the ball, then bonehead time. No identity. Didn't stick with what worked. Outsmarted himself too often. Great stats by years end though. Agree with you about him being the unfortunate benefactor of Malveto.
You've been snooping in the Zachary locker room? Anyway, it's not the size of the ship, it's the motion in the ocean.
i'm pretty excited! we needed a qb, and we have a smart, athletic one here who also happens to be mr football of a football crazy state. the 4* and 5* we've targeted in the past haven't proven to be so good. tells me we've either not gone after the right qualities in a qb or we haven't developed them. besides, most of the best qb's in the nfl were either 3* or 4*. i don't give a crap that he's undersized. so is drew brees.
that was Jan 8, not sure what the context is here....my guess is that was in regards to winning a state championship?
You're excited about yet another "Square Peg-Round Hole" QB who's skill set does not fit the Offense that Miles runs. Here we go again. How is Lindsey Scott going to be any different than Brandon Harris, Anthony Jennings, Justin McMilian or even Russel Shepard? You think a 5'11" Spread QB is going to be able to come in here and be able to throw the football consistently against SEC competition? He'll have trouble seeing the WR routes over our OL's. Might make a good WR and utility RB though. No Patterson. No Franks. No Haskins. Russo decommits from Rutgers and we lose him to mighty Temple. We bring Tanner Lee in for a visit and he commits to Nebraska. Lindsey Scott is just scraping the bottom of the barrel. No other SEC school even offered him a scholarship. What does that tell you? Sunshine Pumpers be all giddy with delight. They love embracing the mediocrity that has become LSU football!.......................................
