I was actually going to say this, but it sounded kinds snarky in my head. I see that I was right, but it's true.
Oregon vs LSU in the BCS CG since Louisville and Oklahoma State will not have conference championship games. And the ACC blows so Clemson is 3rd.
Yeah, it's a bitchy thing to say, but I couldn't help myself. Apologies to any MSU fans that might take offense.
Does the BXII not have a CCG anymore? Also, I've heard some people claim that the ACC is the second-strongest conference this year. LOL
Since undefeated USC had to vacate the BCS game for paying a running back, Auburn is effectively the champion in 2004. Of course Auburn should have had to vacate in 2010 for paying a quarterback.
Not only was it NOT offensive, you are 100% correct. That's why I love hanging out with LSU and Alabama folks. They are used to championships. I personally believe MSU will never win the SEC, much less the natty. Ever. 1998's SEC West Title and the 2010 Gator Bowl is as good as it gets.
Doesn't Utah have a claim to 2004? That Sugar Bowl against Virginia Tech was never a sure thing. It was an evenly matched game throughout. Just my opinion.
Cam Newton was supposed to play at Mississippi State under his former offensive coordinator Dan Mullen. I almost wish he had.
