    teams eliminated so far:

Auburn -- eliminated by Texas A&M
South Carolina -- eliminated by Miss St
    Georgia -- eliminated by LSU

Miss State v Tennessee is going on now, followed by Mizzou v Texas A&M and Vanderbilt vs Arkansas

NO EXCUSE for less than 50% free throw shooting. Not sure why the easiest shot on the floor is the hardest to make for so many players.

Wow, was listening to the 1st half during my lunch break and didn't expect the final to be so close. I guess I should have, though.

this means that if LSU beats Florida, then we play the winner of Alabama/Tennessee

SEC Player of the Year, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope of Georgia
    -projected 1st R pick
    -Freshman All SEC last year
    -McD All American
-5 star by Rivals, Scout, 247
-chose to attend UGA Because: "I always wanted to come here and I wanted to play for Georgia."

The only other time this season that LSU played Georgia (LSU lost 58-67), he had 22 pts, 6 steals, 5 assists, 3 rebounds... all of which were career bests for him at the time (except for the 22 pts, which was 4th best in his career at that time)

check out the game he had against LSU today:

    FIRST HALF
    4 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 turnovers, 2 of 6 from the field

SECOND HALF (actually, starting from 1:03 left in 1st half)
28 points, 10 rebounds, 0 turnovers -- made 7 of 14 of his shots, including 6 of 12 from the 3 point line. at the free throw line, he was 8 of 12

Down to UF at the half, 43-28. If we lose today, we finish 19-12. Is that good enough for the NIT?
