:geaux::crystal::helmet: Another example of a freshman showing immediate impact on the field this year both in results and leadership would be Tyrelle (sp) Pryor at Ohio State. That kid has been phenomenal!! He just took over that team after a game or two and their Sr. QB, who played against us in the NC game, rode the pine the rest of the year. Just an example of what can happen when a special kid comes into a program. I'm not saying or predicting here that Shep is going to make the same impact at LSU as a freshman that Pryor has at OSU. It might happen or might not. As long as he makes steady progress year to year and reaches his potential while at LSU I'll be happy. Because when he does reach his potential, look out! I'm all for letting him have time to get comfortable, but I don't discount the fact that he could have an impact sooner rather than later. I'm just lookin' forward to seein' him play. Period. :geauxtige:champs::LSU231:
