The guy ran a 4.54 at scout combine in New Orleans where only Jai Eugene broke the 4.5 barrier with a 4.49. I'd say that is most likely a pretty reliable time. He is big and solid and that is a good time for a guy built like he is. AU and Bama were both on the verge of offering according to him. He's a 4 star receiver on scout and averages about 30 yards a catch.

http://www.2theadvocate.com/stories/102405/lsu_commit001.shtml His offense may not throw it a lot, but when they throw it to him he sure does make the play. He avgs 26yds/catch, and a TD once every ~3 catches. I know they are undefeated, you can't argue with that, but I'd think about tossing him the rock a little more often heh.
Our 3-star recruits have turned out better than the big names..ie: Craig Davis is our best receiver IMO. I think London Crawford fits the same mold except will be more elusive as he is much stronger than a normal freshman coming in. You will get some four star WR's...just give it time!
I've heard that Crawford will most likely be a greyshirt or be placed in a joco but have no idea if that is true.. Also heard that Zamal Thomas, LA's best olinemen has gotten his grades way up and now only needs the ACT score to qualify. If this is true I expect him and LSU to get together soon.
That's good news on Thomas. We need to start getting a few OL commitments before long. As for Crawford. I hope he's a full qualifier by year's end. Would be nice to get him on campus and getting ready. Looks to be in physical shape to contribute, but I would like to see him working out with the team, getting adjusted to the speed of the college game and getting more reps with us so he can be an impact-type player sooner rather than later.
