Trumps. I've already retired early. Bama should win at home. Of course they should have won at home the last two times we beat them there. Anything is possible.
Our season is beating Alabama this year. We aren't playing for a BCS title this year. It's all about beating Alabama and maybe just maybe getting back into the SEC championship game with a Auburn loss and another Alabama loss.... I predict Auburn losing to Georgia. I think we will beat Alabama and Auburn beating Alabama in the Iron Bowl... BEST CASE SCERNARIO IMO......
but but but... we lost two games. The season is over. There is nothing to play for. LSU is in a steep and rapid decline and other non-sense. Fuck all that. We win in Brian Dennehy.
"Death spiral", "nothing left to play for", "leaderless", and "adrift at sea" are my favorites from those who think LSU has some God-given right to be undefeated every season . . . even though it hasn't happened since 1958. We are in the midst of LSU's golden era and I'm enjoying the shit out of it.
I'm an LSU fan and I'm very sure that I'm going to enjoy the LSU/Bama game. Why an LSU fan would ever want to wager on an LSU game is beyond me. Even without having any money on the games, I'm truly excited before and during all the LSU games. I feel great when we win and hurt when we don't. The NCG was a real downer, but I can laugh about it now. My brother is a bama fan. When we were kids, our family had just moved back to Louisiana and we were staying in a hotel. Alabama was playing in the Sugar bowl and Bear Bryant had the the suite next to ours. My then seven your old brother knocked on the door and got to meet the Bear in person. Next day, he had an autograph book with every player and coaches signature in it. He still has the book. We don't talk much, but do have a ritual where we talk after every LSU/Alabama game. Incidentialy, Tirk --- it's good to have your back. I think we have all missed the joker, but why so serious with all this wager talk?
Gotta pay to play kemosloppy. Also you didn't think last week's 47 point spread was about as solid as a lock as you have seen in years? I've never bet more than 10 bucks on an LSU game in a few friendly wagers, but had I known a bookie I would have dropped 500 on Furman and the points this past Saturday.
Found an article written last spring that says since Miles came to LSU, the Tigers are the worst team against the spread in the SEC. This does not surprise me one bit.
