If one more sportswriter or ESPN talking head says one more thing about LSU being a "year away" from contending for an SEC title I will fucking puke..... This team is good enough RIGHT NOW to win the conference. Think the football version of the Michigan "fab five" and you have an idea of the talent on THIS team.

That #2 recruiting class we had this past off season....well bama lost one of their five stars recruits because he was a moron that couldn't spell cat and one of their other recruits as well. If you recounted the numbers today, LSU had the # 1 class and the difference between Les Miles and the midget is that Les knows how to get a kid ready sooner to play ( see Landon Collins)....

We will roll into Auburn undefeated and after we roll out of there STILL undefeated, people will start to take notice.

Georgia and A&M look the best in the SEC right now, but make no mistake, the Tigers are coming. The final game of the season will be for the SEC west crown between us and A&M.....bank on it!!!

A&M will not be in the race by the end of the year. I will hold out judgement on them till the play a defense.

Youth will cost us a few games this year. Next year is something completely different.

Maybe, maybe not. I think having Kenny Hilliard helps. Impressed w Jennings' poise this early in his career (hoping it continues into sec play). Welter might be a huge asset to bridle youth on the other side of the ball.

It was interesting that when Les emptied his defensive bench against Sam Houston, he sent Welter back in to show the rookies where to line up and who to key on.
