Man, how can you have the best player in the country and not make the tournament?

    Wait a minute....

At this rate, this team will be fortunate to get an invite to the CBI.

    Nobody hates anybody.

It's just that most everybody that calls themselves an LSU Fan (Alums, Season Ticket Holders, Power Brokers, Civilian Fans, etc...........) and aren't in the Sunshine Pumper/Sand Header category, are getting sick and tired of these painfully obvious god awful coaching exhibitions.

This is not Rocket Science. It's not very hard to decipher what IS and what ISN'T quality coaching.

We have coaches that are competent at recruiting, but can't coach their way out of wet paper bags.

We also have "Administrators" with low standards of excellence that are way too slow in "Pulling the Plug" on these coaches because they don't want to look bad in their faulty hiring decisions.

Football and Mens/Womens BB have this in common.

It's only a matter of time for Miles, Jones and Calwell. Not if, but when.

No need to mention Les Miles right now. His dysfunctional system is documented here daily.

Johnny Jones. I can go out and watch more organized basketball at any Baton Rouge neighborhood playground court than what JJ is putting out there. You have to be blind, to not see what is going on there.

Nikki Caldwell is already on borrowed time. She should have been fired after last season, but is still roaming the PMAC court of mediocrity, obviously clueless on how to produce a Champion. Joey Boy, just needs to admit his mistake and move on. Throw the bank at Mulkey. Get her in here and be done with it. Either that or bring Starkey back (Assistant at A&M) to be HC..

What else do you need to see? What more evidence do you need?.................................

we get Ben Simmons for one year and this is all they can come up with? I was envisioning Carmelo at Syracuse, or Anthony Davis at UK. One and done's winning it all. Guess not.

Maybe if Martin and Mickey would have stayed. But then again, probably not.

This probably serves as no comfort but Melo's team at Syracuse wasn't very good early in the year either...they peaked at the right time and ran through everyone. Anthony Davis' UK team probably could've won it without him they were so stacked. The problem is Johnny Jones isn't a 10th of the coach that Boeheim was back then and as a recent as two years ago. I don't think Calipari is that great of a coach but he would be doing a whole lot more with this team than Jones is...

Plus Ben Simmons, not sure he's the type to carry a team. Seems like a good supporting cast, mate.
