And congrats on the big road win. Who knew? But if that isn't the history of Utah football not sure what is.
With Petrino not being considered, and Coach O apparently unlikely to survive, Herrmann going to Texas, i vote for Jimbo Fisher. I think he could go toe-to-toe with Darth Sith with LSU's talent.
Hell to the no. There's no need to bring in undersized track stars to run a gimmick offense. And LSU sure as hell doesn't need 200+ uni combos.
That was supposedly the offer out there to bring Chip back to Oregon. Just asking Duckman if he was going to bite.
There was a rumor that Phil Knight was ready to spend 10 mil a year on a new coach for the Ducks,.. the speculation was, he was trying to entice Chip back to Oregon,.. Don't worry Uncle Phil isn't gonna give the money to LSU,.. and Chip didn't like all the different uniforms, thought they were a distraction, wouldn't have any part of it,.. "no comment", to the media if asked about them,.. he concentrated on football.
Tusk,.. Helfrich might have maybe pulled his ass out of the fire by winning at Utah,.. but he's gotta beat the Beavers.
Apparently, the Ducks play better on the road, so there is that. The Beavers have played a very un-Riley like 3-8, and there is that. But is 'that' a good thing?
Utah was our 1st road win. Yep, the Beavers stunk this year,.. but have played better the last couple of games,.. like you infer, the "Civil War" has often gone to the underdog, though the Ducks have won it eight times in a row. We're derailing this thread Buddy.
