    I don't blame Alleva for not overpaying, but why the rush? Seems he shut down negotiations quickly and moved down the ladder. Why was today or last Wednesday some kind of deadline?

    @bowe Herman isn't the best yet. I think personally he was scared to play in the SEC west. Getting your ass kicked by Saban every year gets you fired around here and prevents you from playing in the NC. He has an easier path with UT because defense doesn't exist in that league and they are the media darlings once they start winning again.
