He's not alone at all. He just says it much better than I could. I think o has done well given the circumstances but I think Herman is the next great coach. He has the pedigree and a proven record. It's a roll of the dice that comes around only once in a while. I hope it works out.
I think Alleva broke off the negotiations and began to pursue Herman when it became apparent to Alleva the he & Sexton couldn't reach an agreement on the numbers.
