His record at FSU is 76 - 17. Can you explain to me how that relates to at least 33 losses. I've also seen a picture of him holding a crystal football. I don't think any other rumored candidate can make that claim.
i didn't follow their search, so no clue how serious of a candidate he was. but he was quoted as saying he definitely wanted it. From a Syracuse.com article last November: "I have a lot of respect for Syracuse. Great private school, great education, great tradition. So, obviously, my interest would be very high. I'd be highly interested in getting that job. I think it would be a wonderful opportunity to go back there."
